I’m an experienced psychologist committed to a client-centered and collaborative approach. As your therapist I’m here to support you through a journey of self-discovery and help you to gain a deeper understanding of your unique qualities and values. 
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, carefully tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs. I use an integrative approach, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Gottman Method, ensuring a flexible and comprehensive approach to care. 
I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective approach for processing and healing traumatic experiences. 
We can work together to help you break free from self-defeating patterns and internal barriers to build a more fulfilling and balanced life. I can help you gain the skills to navigate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours more effectively and build your resilience. Together we can achieve your goals.
